Beneficiary

A Beneficiary is a holder of only Investor Shares at the time of incorporation, or an identifiable group of people defined in the Company Objects as the principal beneficiary of the organisation's provision of goods and services. It is also a company, charity or society listed in Clause/Article 54 as a beneficiary of the community dividend.
