Introduction

The FairShares Association’s workforce participation diagnostics were influenced by academic papers written at Sheffield Hallam University and a pamphlet at the New Economic Foundation.
  • Ridley-Duff, R. J. and Ponton, A. (2014) “Workforce Participation: developing a theoretical framework for longitudinal research”, Journal of Co-operative Studies, Vol. 47, forthcoming. [1]
  • Turnbull, S. (2002) A New Way to Govern, London: New Economics Foundation

The Advanced Participation Diagnostics survey digs deeper into the ten questions presented in the Initial Participation Audit. It helps to pinpoint the priorities of workforce members regarding the levels of participation they want to see in various aspects of organisation development. This generic survey can be tailored (by arrangement) to specific organisation to further explore the results of an Initial Participation Audit.
