A FairShares Company is a company limited by shares that implements the FairShares Brand under Company Law. The FairShares Association provides for three options when creating a FairShares Company using its Model Articles.

  • [[FairShares Social Enterprise]|FairShares Solidarity Enterprise]
  • [[FairShares Employee-Owned Social Enterprise]|FairShares Employee-Owned Enterprise]
  • [[FairShares User-Owned Social Enterprise]|FairShares User-Owned Enterprise]

You can access Model Rules here.

If you want to incorporate under Co-operative Law, see the FairShares Co-operative page.
