A FairShares Company is a company limited by shares that implements the FairShares Brand under Company Law. The FairShares Association provides three basic model Articles of Association to help create a FairShares Company.

FairShares Social Enterprise FairShares Employee-Owned Social Enterprise FairShares User-Owned Social Enterprise

There are also two industry specific model Articles of Association to stimulate discussion in the fields of banking and public services
