Capital Gain

The Capital Gain is the increase in the Reference Value of a FairShares Enterprise from one year to the next. It influences the distribution of Member Shares.
The process for calculating and distributing capital gains to members is described in Clause/Article 15 of FairShares Model Rules V3.x.
