“Cooperative Capital” has the meaning assigned to it in Article 48(b)(ii). It was introduced in V3.x.

It represents all of the collectively-owned capital invested by third party organisations (in the form of donation or grants), or Members Capital that has been converted to Cooperative Capital by democratic agreement to support the cooperative economy in perpetuity.

In the event of dissolution, Cooperative Capital is used to support the cooperative economy by distributing a Community Dividend. It is not returned to Members).
