Total Revenue is defined in Clause 35(a) as: "sales plus earnings from services provided plus any other income, but excludes proceeds of new issues of securities or loans obtained."

This is a measure of the total turnover of the enterprise from trading activities, fundraising activities, rents, interest etc., but excluding income from share issues and loans obtained from members or third parties.
