A member of an association created with FairShares Model Articles of Association for association. User Members have the same rights as User Shareholders in terms of governance, but do not own User Shares. User Members are defined in model rules for member associations that want to qualify as an NGO / Non-Profit in their country, but implement all other aspects of the FairShares Model.
