The FairShares Diagnostics are only available to registered supporters and members of the association.
The FairShares Association is piloting diagnostic tools that enable supporters and members to undertake initial social audits of their enterprises, then investigate in detail their social enterprise values, develop their workforce/member participation strategy, and improve their governance systems.
Our diagnostic tools are underpinned by ‘internationally excellent’ and award winning research by Dr Rory Ridley-Duff (Reader in Co-operative and Social Enterprise, Sheffield Hallam University), and Cliff Southcome (MD of Social Enterprise Europe).
