A member of an organisation created with FairShares Model Articles of Association who qualifies for membership by virtue of a Qualifying Contribution. In a FairShares Company or Co-operative, Labour members are allocated Labour and Investor Shares. Labour Members in a FairShares Association or Partnership have the same rights as Labour Shareholders in terms of governance, but do not own Labour Shares.
